Step 2: Choose your favourite items and add to cart

Step 3: View cart and proceed to checkout

Step 4: Choose between delivery at your doorstep or a dedicated pick up point

Step 4: Pay with MauCas Juice, Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Cash

Step 5: Receive you order at your doorstep via our delivery system or collect it at the chosen pick up point.


  1. Delivery
  1. Home Delivery

Orders are shipped in Mauritius and Rodrigues.

The home delivery is provided by:

  • our dedicated team in Mauritius
  • Post Office in Rodrigues

The team will contact you by phone to:

  • Confirm the delivery address
  • Inform you of delivery day and approximate time

Delivery Charges is at:

  • 250/- (VAT included) per order shipped in Mauritius
  • 300/- (VAT included) per order shipped in Rodrigues.

FREE Home Delivery for purchases exceeding Rs.3,500/- (VAT included). Applicable to orders shipped in Mauritius only.

You can choose this delivery option to receive your package at your workplace or to send a package to a third party.

  1. Click & Collect

The click & collect service is FREE of charge and available in Mauritius only (excluding Rodrigues).

You order and pay online and then you will pick up your package at the chosen pick up point during the order validation.

You will be notified when your order is ready to collect at your selected pick-up point.

You can pick up the order either in person by presenting your order confirmation e-mail (printed or on your smartphone) and a proof of identity or, you can appoint someone else to pick up the order on your behalf. In that case, the appointed person must present the order confirmation e-mail (printed or on your smartphone) and proof of his or her identity.

  • Delivery within 7 working days

Your order will be processed once we have received your payment and delivered within 7 working days (Monday to Friday) by our dedicated team.

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included in these 7 days.

No delivery will be done on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

We try our best effort to ensure that your order is delivered on time. Please note that some delays may occur by factors outside our control like bank transfer that can take up to 3 days.

For the tracking of your order, WhatsApp us on 58 53 85 12.

  1. Unable to deliver

If delivery is made impossible (not present at designated address, phone off or does not up the phone, etc.…), the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

Your item will be available to pick up at Beau Bassin. Our customer service will inform you the date on which you can collect your order.

We can also proceed with a second delivery and an additional delivery fee of Rs.250/- incl. VAT will be applicable.

If the parcel could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to ORSAY, we will assume that you consent to cancel the order and it will be terminated after 5 days from the date of your order is set out for delivery. As a result, if payment has already been processed, we will issue you a credit note for the value of your order excluding delivery fee (if you have chosen the home delivery service). The credit note will be valid for period of 1 month.

  1. Payment

The accepted payment method for your online order at www.orsay-fashion.mu are:

  • MauCas Juice
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on delivery
  • Credit Card on delivery (available for Home Delivery only)

The Bank Transfer and MauCas Juice processed is displayed when you check out, and is as follows:

  • Step 1 – Select Bank Transfer or MauCas Juice and complete your order
  • Step 2 – After completing your order, you will be given our bank details to carry out the bank transfer

Note: Please include your order number as the reference. We can only reconcile your payment if an order number is included.

Our account is with the Mauritius Commercial Bank (MCB).

Non MCB Transfers – this option can take a couple of business days, please send a proof of payment to +230 58 53 85 12 or [email protected] to ensure that your order doesn’t get cancelled.

Check your payment status – If you close the page and do have the account transfer details, you can click on the “view your order” button in the order confirmation email, which will return you to the order page with bank account details.

You can also view the payment status by logging into your account on our website and view your order history.

Our account team reconciles bank transfers daily. Orders without transfers are automatically cancelled unless you have sent a proof of payment to +230 58 53 85 12 or [email protected]


Our Bank Transfer & MauCas Juice Policy – Our warehouse will dispatch your parcel once the funds are received. The system will automatically cancel your order if a transfer isn’t received. We request that you carry out the bank transfer as soon as you finish placing your order.

We will however put a manual stop to the cancellation if you send a proof of payment.

We unfortunately cannot hold non paid orders due to high demand and orders.


  1. Returns & Exchange
  1. Exchange conditions

Any garments and/or accessories can be exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase provided that it has not been used, washed or altered in any manner whatsoever.

Lingerie and/or Swimwear and/or Jewelries are NOT entitled for exchange due to sanitary issues.

Original receipt, hang-tag and packaging must be preserved and returned with the items to be exchanged.

Garments and/or accessories can only be exchanged for a similar items value.

A credit note can be issued if the customer wishes so with a validity of 1 month.

Any proposed items to be exchanged will be verified by the Shop Manager for any defect and stain that might have occurred post purchase. Only those items with manufacturing defects will be accepted for exchange. The defective items will sent for quality check for determining the reason for defects and the conclusion of the Company shall be binding on the customer. The decision will be communicated to the Customer within 10 days.

Any garments and/or accessories purchased on discounted price during the sales or promotional period cannot be exchanged.

No refund will be entertained under any circumstances. 

  1. Returns Steps

You may return any ORSAY items purchased through this website by following the below steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp on +230 58 53 85 12 and send a photo of your receipt, your order and the items you would like to exchange with. We shall check availability of same for you. If sizes chosen is not available, you will be able to choose any other items or we shall issue a credit note for you to be used on your next purchase.


  • Step 2: Pack items in original packaging with original invoice.


  • Step 3: You can either choose to get the exchanged items delivered with a delivery fees of Rs.250/- or collect the exchanges at our pick up point.


If you choose to collect you exchange at a pick-up point:


  • The exchange must be processed with the online department first via WhatsApp +230 58 53 85 12. No exchange can be done directly at the pick-up point.


  • We will call you as soon as your exchange reaches the respective pick-up point.


  • Client should bring the items to be exchanged in the original packaging with the original receipt.
